FILM SYNOPSIS
When a young filmmaker spirals down the addictive YouTube rabbit hole and hits rock bottom, she is determined to repair her relationship with her phone and reclaim her life by finding her voice in the digital wellbeing movement.
DESCRIPTION
In an effort to heal her relationship with her phone, a young woman captures her raw and vulnerable experience of grappling with phone addiction—after deleting her social media. As she discovers the members of her generation joining forces to lead a digital wellbeing movement, she is inspired to publicize their activism and empower the rest of her generation to take back control of their time.
MISSION
We seek to inspire young people and give them hope that they can take back control of this story and determine their relationship with social media.
